Shipping policy

KOTC Clothing Shop ("Kings of the Court PH") wishes to assure our buyers proper handling, packaging, and sealing before turnover to 3rd party supplies such as Grab Express, Gogo Express, Lalamove, J&T Express, LBC, and DHL. However, care of these items after turnover is beyond our control.

Standard shipping allowance is 3-7 working days (Metro Manila) and 4-14 working days (provincial) from the shipment date. For same day delivery (Metro Manila only), item will be received within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Kings of the Court PH is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us, or for the inability of Buyer to receive the package on the day specified that it should be delivered.
